Round Roast - this is a lean and meaty roast perfect for roast beef sandwiches. Mom likes to cook this roast and make sandwiches when we are busy in the field - lunch is the best time of day!
 
Sirloin Roast - the sirloin roast is the perfect middle ground - super flavourful yet much more lean than the cross rib roast. This would be our Geiger family favourite for big family dinners!
 
Cross Rib Roast - this is the most tender, flavourful roast you can get!! The flavour and tenderness come from the little bit of extra fat this roast has compared to the others. Simply trim it away and let your taste buds delight!
